Leaf Pickup for the 2025
The Department of Public Works has started their annual leaf pickup. Please rake leaves to the curb and leave them on the tree lawn area between the street and sidewalk. Do not put leaves in the street or gutter as it hinders the drainage system, resulting in flooding during rainfall event.
If you want to or need to bag your leaves, only put leaves in biodegradable bags. We will not pick up leaves left at the curb in plastic bags. Do not mix sticks or stones in with the leaves as they will plug and damage our equipment used to pickup your leaves. Leaf pickup will end after the first heavy snowfall event or December 13th whichever comes first.
If you have any questions, please call the Department of Public Works at
(585) 637-1060 Monday – Friday between 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M.
