NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Brockport
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Brockport will hold a Public Hearing at their regularly scheduled board meeting on June 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at 49 State Street, Brockport, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Brockport and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.
A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 127 Main Street, Brockport, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
