Rape 2nd, suspect being over 18 years old and having sexual intercourse with a victim under 15    years old, (3 counts)

 Rape 3rd, suspect being over 21 years old and having sexual contact with a victim under 17 years old. (1 count)

The above subject is a Level 3 Sex Offender as described in the New York State Sex Offender Registry Act (SORA).  This means that the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has determined the risk to the community is high.

In accordance with the Act, the Brockport Police Department is disseminating the preceding information about this subject to entities with vulnerable populations.
